I‘m Wiegand, thank you for choosing our custom photo blocks—each set holds the precious moments you want to keep, so they’re worth a little patience. 

Here’s what you need to know about production and shipping: 

1. Production & Shipping Timeline

① DIY sets：Shipped within 7 days after your order is confirmed. 

② Customized sets：Crafted with extra care and shipped within 15 days after the design is confirmed (including detail checks, layout adjustments, and manual quality inspections to match your expectations). 

2. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped via international express, with two delivery options: standard delivery and expedited delivery.

3. Delivery Estimates

Starting from the first day after shipment, international express delivery usually takes 7-12 working days, and expedited delivery takes 3-7 working days (an additional $30 shipping fee is required for expedited service).

You’ll receive a tracking number to monitor progress in real time. 

4. Tracking Progress

After your order ships, an email with the tracking link will be sent to you. You can check the latest status anytime through the carrier’s website.
