1.0 When will my order be shipped after placing it？
A:DIY models will be shipped within 7 days after ordering. Custom models will be shipped within 15 days after the design is confirmed. Starting from the first day after shipment, international express delivery usually takes 7-12 working days, and expedited delivery takes 3-7 working days (an additional $30 shipping fee is required for expedited service)
1.1 Can the custom building block portrait have exactly the same expression as the photo？
A:We'll try our best to replicate the expression in the photo～ However, due to the material and shape limitations of the building blocks, very subtle expressions may be slightly adjusted. But we'll definitely capture the overall demeanor, ensuring it's recognizable at a glance～ You can check the design draft carefully once it's done, and we'll revise it if you're not satisfied
1.2 Can we engrave words on the building blocks, like names or dates?
A:Absolutely～ We offer engraving on the base or back. You can choose a simple or cute font, and it can hold up to 12 characters～ Engraving a special date or name will make the gift more personalized～
1.3 I want to customize a more complex scene, like a wedding scene. Can you do that?
A:Yes we can～ We've done many complex scenes～ Send me photos of the scene you want and tell me which details are important. The designer will come up with a special plan. It may cost a little extra design fee, but the finished product will be amazing～ I can show you some similar cases for reference first～
1.4 What are custom photo building blocks?
A:It’s basically turning your favorite photos (like family shots, pet pics) into building block figurines/ornaments! We replicate details—expressions, hairstyles, even tiny accessories—so they’re perfect for display or gifting.
1.5 What kind of photos do I need to provide for customization?
A:Clear front-facing photos work best! Well-lit shots with visible features/details (like regular phone snapshots) are perfect. If your photo is a bit blurry, just send it over—I can check if it works!
1.6 Is the customization process complicated? How long does it roughly take?
A:Super easy! You pick a style → send your photo → I share a design draft → you approve → we produce & ship. Regular custom orders take ~15 days to arrive—let me know if you need it faster, and I’ll see if we can rush it!
2.1 Is the material of the building blocks safe? Can it be used at home with children?
A:Totally safe! We use food-grade ABS plastic—no weird smells, durable, and kid-friendly. All edges are rounded so they won’t scratch little hands～
2.2 Can the design be modified? For example, changing the pose or clothes?
A:Absolutely! we offer ONE free review and revision opportunity(for design drafts) before design confirmation (BUT photo changes are not supported)~We’ll tweak it until it’s exactly what you want!
2.3 What's the approximate size? Is it suitable as a decoration?
A:Single figurines are ~4-6 inches tall (about the size of your palm)—perfect for desks or shelves! Couple/family sets are a bit bigger, great for living room decor. I can send you comparison photos if you’d like!

A:Are you worried about the safety of providing your photos? You can absolutely rest assured. We have a strict privacy protection agreement. Your photos will only be used to make your custom building blocks, and will be deleted immediately after production. They won't be stored or leaked～ Protecting customer privacy is our bottom line～
2.7 I'm afraid the actual product won't match the pictures. What if I'm not satisfied?
A:Hi! Totally fair to worry the real thing won’t match the photos! All our pics are unfiltered and real. I can send you 3 recent ‘customer photo vs design’ comparisons—they’re almost identical. And from design to production, you can reach out anytime with questions. I’ll stay in touch the whole way to make sure you love the final piece!
3.1 Can the building block figurine be cleaned if it gets dirty? How to maintain it properly?
A:You can wipe it gently with a soft cloth dipped in water. Avoid using alcohol or cleaning agents as they may damage the surface～ Keep it in a dry place away from direct sunlight, and it will stay bright and look new for years～
3.2 Will the building block assembly easily fall apart?
A:Don't worry, the joints of our building blocks are reinforced. As long as they are assembled correctly, they won't fall apart during daily display～ If they accidentally fall, it's easy to reassemble, and there are detailed steps in the manual, even kids can do it～
4.1 What does the price include? Are there any hidden fees?
A:The price includes customization, design, a gift box, and free worldwide shipping(Duties and Taxes Excluded)—no other hidden fees! Pay once, and that’s it—totally transparent
4.2 Are there any recent discounts? I want to order one for my friend and one for myself
A:Great choice! Order 2 and over $350 will get 10% off—it’s a steal!
4.3 What payment methods do you support? Is it safe?
A:We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), PayPal—all through Shopify’s secure checkout. Your payment is held until you confirm delivery, so it’s 100% safe. Just holler if you hit a snag!
4.4 The price is a bit high. Can you make it cheaper?
A:Hi there! Totally understand the price is a little tight～but It's been the lowest price. you can split payment into 3 installments (just a few bucks each). free design + worldwide shipping—it works out to just a few cents a day.Easier on the budget, right?
