To ensure a smooth customization experience and protect both parties’ rights, we’ve outlined our detailed order, customization, and after-sales policies below.

Please take a moment to review these guidelines—they clarify the process, expectations, and terms for your one-of-a-kind personalized collectible, helping us deliver the best possible product tailored to your needs.

1.Order Instructions

①Message us SAME DAY (within 24 hours) with your customization details.

②Our brick-built figures cannot be 100% identical to photos—clearer photos = better likeness!

2. Customization Process

①Place order → ②Provide Requirements → ③Exclusive Design → ④Delivery within 15 days 

3. Rush Service 

①7-day rush: Fastest 7-day delivery (must provide complete requirements within 24 hours and confirm design drafts promptly). 

②An additional 30% of the product price is required.

 * Rush time starts from the day after ordering and excludes shipping time. 

4. Premium Custom - Complex Outfit Designs

①Structural complexity requires extensive testing. 

②Designers hand-draw patterns stroke by stroke—design time is over 4 times that of standard customization. 

③Large printed surfaces require professional handling. 

5. Design Modification

①One free review and revision opportunity (for design drafts) is provided before design confirmation (photo changes are not supported). 

6. Assembly Instructions

①Self-assembly is required with included instructions. 

②Contains small pieces—open carefully to avoid loss. 

③For display only—not for play or movement. 

④Extra pieces are normal (intentional). 

⑤Contact us for replacements if pieces are missing.

By placing an order, you affirm:

①You warrant that the customized content you provided does not violate third-party rights (including but not limited to portrait/publicity rights, copyrights, trademarks, patents, etc.). 

②You accept full legal responsibility for the content and guarantee that any infringements are your sole responsibility—we cannot verify rights ownership and shall not be liable for any related issues. (Thank you for your understanding ^~^)
