1. Accepted Payment Methods
We securely process transactions through Shopify Payments and accept the following major payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover.

- Apple Pay(where available）
- Google Pay(where available）
2. Payment Security
Your payment information security is our priority. We use industry-standard SSL encryption technology provided by Shopify to protect all data submitted during checkout. We do not store your complete credit card details.
3. Currency & Fees
- Transaction Currency: All prices displayed on our website are in **US Dollars (USD)**.
- Currency Conversion: If you pay with a card in a different currency, the final charge will be calculated by your card issuer based on their exchange rate and may include a conversion fee. This is beyond our control, and we advise you to confirm with your issuing
4. Order Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, you will receive an **order confirmation email** immediately. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
- Your order confirmation email and the “My Account” section on our website serve as proof of purchase.
5. Payment Specifics for Custom Products
Since your **Custom Building Block Portrait from Your Photo** is made uniquely for you, the design process commences once payment is successfully received.
Please refer to our《Refund & Return Policy》for details on cancellations and refunds at different production stages.
6. Payment Authorization & Issues
Placing an order constitutes your authorization for us to charge the total order amount (including items, shipping, and applicable taxes) to your selected payment method.
In case of payment failure, please ensure your payment information is correct or try an alternative method. If funds have been authorized but the order is not confirmed, do not place a duplicate order and contact our customer service immediately for assistance.
